FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)

Heya, I have a problem with the radio. I bought a second hand car, but since they changed the battery from it the code reset...

The only code and M-serial number I found on the leaflets was M054048, and the code that was there was 1970, but it didn't work -_-

So, either the radio is a new one or is not this the right sticker. Pressing 6-1 or 6-2 doesn't give me the serial number and I don't know how to see it any other way since is a Ford Focus from before 2005 (I saw the tutorials in some other post).

Could someone help me please?

Make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
