3887 has been checked and is the correct code for the Serial Number quoted M272008

Where did you find M272008 ?

Check it again .

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

I found it at the end of a long sequence of numbers/letters after pressing the 2 buttons.

I'll have another check tomorrow 6+2 this time as i have locked myself out now!

M codes can be calculated but V codes require access to the Ford Dealer database
