Thanks guys! Just dismantled my radio got the serial number on how Ford said to do it… didn’t realise there was a cheat way to doing it by holding down 6 & 1 at the same time! Saved me £100 in costs (what they quoted me on the phone to take it apart and get the serial number!) and a 20 minute dr...
