3622 is correct for the Serial Number quoted so perhaps M000540 is incorrect.

Remove the radio from the dashboard and post the Serial Number printed on the label on the radio casing.

Maybe I am inputting it wrong ? I am without a remote , so I am manually putting the code in via the head unit , I can input the numbers correctly but not sure which button is the 'ENTER' button as yet as everyone I try and press the wrong button ! It locks me out for 29 mins ! I shall next try the code and then the power button to see if that's the 'enter' button !
