Ford nx radio code

I installed a new battery and found the card with pincode was gone. I always kept it in my instructions booklet, but it's not there...
Just unmounted the radio, can a code be generated with this serial?

Thank you for the code, works perfect!
Twice in fact:
Just wish I hadn't left my keys in after remounting my radio;
Drained my battery again, even had to detach it to get my keys recognised...
