If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)

I've tried everything you said to try before I've entered the code its just said in the display CODE 1 the only difference after entering the code is that the code remains displayed as well

If you have carried ALL the suggestions in the previous reply and it still does not work then it looks as though you might have a faulty radio.
