LOCK10

To reset LOCK 10 press Preset Button 6 for 10 seconds and the display should reset to CODE ---- this gives 3 more attempts before it fully locks up...so make sure you have the CORRECT code.

LOCK13 means too many wrong codes have been entered.

It can now ONLY be reset by taking it into a Radio Decoding Workshop.

There are no free solutions on the Internet

If you are attempting to reset LOCKED13 using instructions found on the Internet using the red key then they DO NOT WORK.

It is an urban myth

LOCKED13 can only be reset by taking the radio into a RADIO DECODING SERVICE to be reset

There are no free solutions

We have Ford Galaxy 2012 a d after changening battery, asking radio code.

Having this issue with my 6000 series radio in an 08 fiesta, its recently been to the garage where the battery was disconnected. In the hand book it has the original 4 number pin code crossed out with a new code written next to it (I am the third owner). Assumed this new code is correct i've inputted it but its saying wrong code, I am going to try the crossed out code but keep getting the 30 minute countdown so will have to wait a while as I only do short journeys. Would anyone be able to confirm the correct cod for serial number V558725. It would be much appreciated

The codes for Model Numbers with 7xx or 9xx at the end are only available from a Ford Main Dealer for a fee
