Looking at your label again then it does have two Serial Numbers

M000664 code is 2374

and

M100664 code is 7929

I would try the 7929 first.

Your problem is that someone has entered too many wrong codes previously and didn`t stop early enough to seek advice ....so I suspect they were using the first/ main serial number code I quoted initially in error

Hi, would you please have the dvd code for MB8008 serial
VM-8008-5-M401493, just bought a car with dvd and screens in headrests and don’t know how many tries I have as have to wait 30 mins currently before I can input a code!
