Ford Mondeo sat nav code

I've recently bought a 09 Mondeo with the touch screen sat nav in but haven't got the code.
I've taken it out to find the serial numbers

C7E3A0537 9 9116284
Not sure which one I need for the code

Hello,
I am very pleased to virtually meet you. I have a 63 plate mondeo titanium x business edition with the touch screen sat nav. I recently changed the battery and don't have the code. I have tried always and been to local Ford garage to have unit taken out to get numbers to apparently send to Germany to get code. They have been no help as this has still not come back after weeks.
I don't know what info you need, however the below is what was on the unit:
BS7T 18K931EJ
815 C7E3F0966D3089368
7 612 330 966
10 R-04 5671
Ford HS MCA2
