Hi I have a code in the manual in the car after changing the battery I've put the code in 10 times and it's locked the serial number Is M239948 can anyone help with this! !!

Make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.
Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number
Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

The serial number is M239948 and part number is YS4F-18C15-AC and the model is a 6000CD RDS EON that's all that is on the side of it?
