Hi, can anyone help please? I have done the 1&6 button press and it is not showing my serial number starting M or V, I comes back as unknown. I am unable to remove my radio to see the serial number, is there any other way I can get a reset code please?

No..it will have to be removed from the dashboard

9537 has been checked and is definitely the correct (original ) code for the Serial Number you quoted M220931


Check your Serial Number again...The correct one is printed on the label on the radio casing

I need a code for my 6000 radio in the car but I don't know quite what I'm doing.
I'm a disabled veteran and a bit muddled up most of the time + there's no book that comes with it either.
so I took it out and that's as far as I've got.

Any help would be really appreciated.
All I know is that it's for a Ford KA and the code is V001091 and its a 23APR12 6000AUX radio (that's what is says on the sticker)
