Hi all, new to this group. So my battery was replaced a d now cd player requires code. I have seen people provide manufactures code then get radio code. How do I find out manufacturers code? Thanks for any help!

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a Ford code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

I recently fitted a new battery to my ford fucus 08 but I've no clue as to how to remove the radio to get the serial number!
Can one of you guys take a look at the Image attached and give me some guidance on how to remove it?
